How does the restaurant receive my order?

When you place an order it goes to our web server and is converted to a fax which is then faxed directly to the restaurant.

How long does it take for the restaurant to receive my order?

From the time you click send to the time the restaurant receives the hard copy fax is just under 4 hours. Just kidding- only about 20 seconds!

How do I know the restaurant received my order?

You will get an email confirming that your order has been received. We also have customer service people standing by, monitoring the site and confirming orders directly with the restaurants.

How long does it take for delivery?

Our restaurants require between 20 and 45 minutes to deliver your order. If our restaurants cannot fulfill your order within this time, they are instructed to phone and inform you when your order will be delivered.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Just call the restaurant directly or contact our customer service department at 888-662-2177 and we'll do it for you. If you wait too long we can't guarantee that your order will be canceled.

What if I want to change my order after I send it?

Just call the restaurant directly or contact our customer service department at 888-662-2177 and we'll make the changes for you and relay them to the restaurant.

What about daily specials?

Our restaurants send us their daily specials and other menu changes first thing every morning so our menus always offer the freshest selections and best values.

Is there a charge for this service?

Nada. And in fact you can receive a 10% discount at many of our vendors if you work for a registered company. See below for more details.

Corporate Accounting System

Our corporate billing and reporting feature allows the employee to pay by company account. At the end of the month, instead of receiving multiple invoices from all your restaurants (or having employees submit expenses) the company receives one invoice from us electronically with all relevant data including expense codes and client codes. We can implement a variety of restrictions on the account such as meal limits, order/time restrictions and IP address and physical address verification.

How do I open a company account and receive 15% off?

It’s simple. Fill out this credit application letter (click to download) and fax back to us at 212-741-5013. After we receive it, we will contact you directly with any questions or to inform you that your account is open.

Once the account is active, the 15% discount will be deducted your invoices for the first six months.

Do I need to register to use this site?

Registering is optional. We strongly recommend that you register if you plan to use the site more than once. If your employer has set up a company charge account, you must register before you can use it and receive the associated discount. When registering to use your company account, you must be in your office and use your company email address. See below.

What's the benefit of registering?

By registering, we can present you with your favorite restaurants and recent menu selections when you next come to our homepage, without you having to type or click anything. You can then easily repeat a past order, with or without modifications. For yet more convenience, you may tell us to save your credit card and delivery address information when you check out. Then, the next time you check out, simply enter your password and you can use the same credit card and/or delivery address - and all you have to type is your password. And it gets even better - you can use "QuickOrder" to send your order immediately, and we mean immediately! Keep reading.

What is "QuickOrder"?

"QuickOrder" allows you to bypass the checkout process. When you click on the "QuickOrder" button your order is immediately sent using the payment method and delivery address you've previously chosen in your "QuickOrder Settings". You can place an order with as few as 3 clicks from the home page! To turn QuickOrdering on or off, click the "QuickOrder Settings" link at the bottom of every page. For security purposes, we won't show you your settings unless you first sign in with your password.

Can I change my "QuickOrder Settings"?

Sure. Use the "QuickOrder Settings" page to turn QuickOrdering on or off and to specify your "QuickOrder" payment method and delivery address. Select from any of your previously saved payment methods and delivery addresses. Note: you cannot add new credit cards or delivery addresses in this section.

How do I add a second delivery address or a second credit card?

To save credit card or delivery address information, simply enter the information when checking out and make sure you click the checkbox to tell us to save that credit card and/or delivery address. The next time you checkout, simply enter your password and we'll offer you the option of using the credit cards and delivery addresses that you've saved in this way.

How do I change my credit card and delivery address information?

Click on the "Your Account" link at the top and bottom of each page. After entering your password, you will have access to your saved information. You can change the expiration date of your credit card or remove the card information entirely. Adding a new card must be done during the check out process as indicated above. Similarly, you may modify or delete your saved delivery address information.

Is my credit card information safe?

Our site uses high level data encryption to ensure that your credit card (and other payment information) is kept private and secure. We will never display to you your card number again - only the last few digits. You may delete your saved card information whenever you like.

Why not use the phone to order?

The reasons are way too numerous to list here but we'll try.
